Olympic Manor Remodel – Seattle, WA

A complete remodel and addition to a 1950’s home in Olympic Manor.

The existing home was a series of small dark rooms with limited access to the rear yard. The goal was to open the house to create a large family kitchen space that was filled with light throughout the day while focusing on the view of the newly created courtyard and the beautiful garden beyond.

The addition of a sun room with a vaulted ceiling and a large central skylight on the east side and a new master suite on the west, framed the inner courtyard that became a space for private sitting and entertaining.
